I will send you six pages that I have prepared from my view of the present and the past. If your precious time allows you to review them and according to your opinion, something should be done about my proposal.

In these difficult current times, after the dismissal of the treacherous government, which, on the directive of external enemies, ruined the further progress of the state of Montenegro, what is needed is a quick recovery of the Montenegrin economy and a quick recovery of the strong and solid Montenegrin defense against the biggest enemies that the state of Montenegro has had in its long history.
